Status in Canada:
Applicants must have valid temporary resident status in Canada at the time of application and must be residing in Canada.
Pending Permanent Residence Application:
Applicants must have a pending application for permanent residence that has been confirmed as complete by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Work Permit Expiry:
The applicant’s current work permit must be set to expire within four months or less.
Continued Employment:
Applicants must have a job offer from a Canadian employer for skilled employment, and the job must be considered NOC Skill Type 0 (managerial occupations) or Skill Level A (professional occupations) or B (technical occupations and skilled trades).
